Outpatient Rehabilitation

Performance Rehab is licensed by Medicare as a Rehabilitation Agency and provides comprehensive, outpatient rehabilitation solutions inside retirement and assisted living facilities. Services include full-time “caring” therapists, inside your facility with all necessary equipment and supplies that you would find in an outpatient clinic. Performance Rehab also offers many voluntary services such as exercise programs, fall prevention and balance testing. Performance Rehab has the ability to provide Home Health nursing care as well as personal care services such as dressing, bathing and other services (if needed). Aquatic Rehabilitation

Water is the ideal setting for physical therapy, rehabilitation of injuries, pain management and treating those unable to tolerate traditional land-based exercise. Performance Rehab utilizes water to work with patients on strengthening muscles, building endurance and power, resuming activities with full-function, flexibility and coordination - all within a reduced weight-bearing environment.

The one piece of equipment utilized to perform Aquatic Rehabilitation is the AquaGaiter Underwater Treadmill System. This underwater exercise system combines traditional treadmill training with the natural properties of water (buoyancy, resistance and heat) for a rigorous cardiovascular workout with reduced impact and stress on joints.
