Established in 2003, Performance Rehab is a leading outpatient rehabilitation company that provides the utmost in Physical & Occupational therapy services within state of the art clinics and within Retirement/Assisted Living centers. Company History
The company originally started in 2001 as a solo practice by Suzanne Walters called "Senior Therapy Solutions". In 2003, Performance Rehab, Inc. was established as a rehab agency providing full-service and comprehensive Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy services to all current retirement facilities. In 2004, Suzanne and Daron turned to good friends and fellow therapists Tanny Crawford and Meagen Mallett as corporate partners to help fuel the continued growth of Performance Rehab. The group worked together to provide services from 2004 to present in local retirement/assisted living facilities and is now operating within 11 communities.
Daron joined the group in 2005, adding free standing outpatient clinics for Performance Rehab in Byram, Ridgeland, Richland and the Reservoir. A future clinic is planned to open in the Madison area by the end of 2011.
